Lady Lamb, aka Aly Spaltro, will be bringing her “An Evening With Strings” tour to City Winery in Philly on Sunday, October 3rd. The tour will be hitting City Winery venues across the country and will feature string arrangements of songs from Lady Lamb’s 2019 LP Even in the Tremor, as well as classics from her back-catalog.
According to a press release, the tour was originally set for March 2020 but cancelled/postponed due to the pandemic. Spaltro capitalized on that setback to fine-tune her arrangements through a series of intimate outdoor shows last summer at her home in Maine. These “Live From the Hive” socially distanced shows are documented in her behind the scenes film titled “I Feel A Stillness Growing”. The film also documents her earlier 2019 tour in support of Even in the Tremor. You can watch the full documentary below.
