Indie folk singer-songwriter Devendra Banhart performed at Union Transfer in Philly on 6/10. He is currently touring in support of his 8th studio LP Mala (listen on Spotify), to go along with his handsome new haircut. Below is the track “Für Hildegard von Bingen” off of Mala. He performed solo for the first half of his set, then was later joined on stage by his band; however, what remained consistent throughout the entire set was his over-the-top theatricality and swoon-inducing musicianship.
